Incentive Games has been granted an interim Pennsylvania gaming licence, allowing the company to supply its real-money gaming content to licensed operators in one of the most established US iGaming markets.
The approval comes from the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board and marks another step in the company’s expansion across regulated North America, following its entry into Michigan in 2025.
Pennsylvania is widely regarded as one of the most competitive regulated iGaming markets in the United States, with strict requirements around compliance, player protection and responsible gaming. Only approved suppliers are permitted to provide content to licensed operators in the state.
With this licence in place, Incentive Games can now make its portfolio of real-money gaming products available to operators in Pennsylvania, supporting the continued growth of regulated online gaming in the region.
The approval also strengthens the company’s position as a B2B gaming provider operating across regulated US jurisdictions, where demand for compliant and secure gaming content continues to grow.
For operators, the licence enables access to Incentive Games’ content within a fully regulated framework, with integration now available under Pennsylvania’s iGaming licensing rules.
Ahmed Baker, Chief Commercial Officer at Incentive Games, said, “Being granted an interim licence in Pennsylvania is a huge achievement for our business and a strong endorsement of our regulatory approach. It strengthens our position in North America and supports our ambition to grow through trusted partnerships in regulated markets. We look forward to working with operators in Pennsylvania to deliver high-quality real-money gaming experiences to their players.”
