This certification marks a huge milestone for us as a business and reflects months of dedication, collaboration and continuous improvement from every part of the team.
Our ISO 27001 journey began back in December last year, when we gathered as a company to talk through the changes ahead. Since then, it’s been a year full of adaption and hard work, especially over the past six months as we fine-tuned our processes and systems. Change isn’t easy. But our team showed patience, commitment and a knack for making complex processes look simple.
Achieving ISO 27001 certification officially recognises and confirms Incentive Games as a secure and compliant company; one that takes data protection and process integrity seriously. It also means we can confidently maintain our UK Gambling Licence while making it easier to secure new licences in other regulated markets around the world.
Beyond compliance, this certification strengthens our credibility with clients, operators and players alike, reflecting the trust and professionalism we bring to every project. And it’s always nice to have a shiny new ISO 27001 badge to display proudly on our website.
