The role

This is an exciting opportunity to join an expanding and dynamic design team. We’re all about using authentic research and ideas to amplify user experience and, as our first Game Artist, you’ll have the opportunity to grow alongside us and help to shape the path ahead by guiding our visual direction.

To thrive in this role, you should have a passion for game art, a proactive work style and experience collaborating cross-departmentally. You will be guiding games from initial concept to final production, including providing crucial support for marketing, sales and brand initiatives. You should have an in-depth knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects, with experience in Spine 2D and 3D software highly desirable.

What you’ll be doing

  • From concept to final production, you will be creating high-quality art and visual assets for UI, characters, and environments within our casino games, working with our team to shape the overall look and feel of our products
  • Managing and developing art assets to meet both aesthetic and technical requirements, while complying with various industry regulations
  • Exporting and optimising assets for smooth integration into our game pipeline
  • Producing premium quality assets for marketing and sales materials
  • Holding/participating in creative brainstorming sessions and feedback cycles to enhance visual quality and create innovation new concepts
  • Guiding the art direction and visual storytelling of our products as well as contributing to the visual branding of game series’
  • Staying up to date with emerging design trends within the gaming industry and broader design world
  • Collaborating with animators to create art for animations, including sprite sheet and texture atlas files

What we’re looking for


Essentials:

  • A strong, versatile portfolio showcasing 2D artwork (ideally within iGaming)
  • Proficiency with Photoshop, Illustrator and other digital art tools
  • Proven experience turning briefs into visually led concepts, moodboards, and high-quality production-ready assets
  • Understanding of game asset pipelines, performance standards and format
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g., development, marketing)
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, iterative environment and adapting to feedback
  • Proactive with a positive problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team


Desired:

  • Previous experience in the mobile gaming or iGaming industry
  • Experience with Spine 2D animation is highly desired
  • Competence in 3D modelling software such as Blender
