We’re doing something different. We’re reinventing Crash and Arcade digital Casino gaming to create immersive and unforgettable experiences for our players in a market saturated in slot games. The Role
We’re looking for a skilled designer who can channel the personality and life from our games into memorable brand identities, engaging marketing/social content, and commercial and client resources to make sure everything we put out into the world feels cohesive, professional, and unmistakably Incentive Studios.
Reporting to the Design Manager and collaborating across game teams, marketing, and leadership, your core work will span game branding, company communications, and social content. You will ensure visual consistency across all touchpoints and be critical to keeping our production pipeline moving by proactively delivering quality assets quickly and efficiently. You’ll contribute to how Incentive Studios is perceived by B2B and B2C audiences by creating impactful presentations, client materials and engaging social content that is consistently on brand.
What You’ll Be Doing
Game Assets & Branding
- Game logos, visual identities, and branding systems for launches
- Game tiles and promotional visuals for player-facing platforms
- Creating and maintaining client asset packs (game sheets, branded partner materials)
- Localisation of game assets and materials across global markets
- Collaboration with art, design, and animation to keep visual identity consistent across in-game and external assets
Company Branding & Communications
- Internal and external presentations: pitch decks, investor updates, sales materials
- Company branding assets and guidelines (email signatures, templates, visual systems)
- Support for confidential materials and strategic communications
Marketing & Campaign Work
- Developing product launch campaigns and partner marketing assets tailored to multiple channels
- Working in collaboration with the Marketing Manager to design social-first ‘always on’ content and thought leadership pieces that help build awareness of Incentive Studios and our expertise
- Designing content templates that support a consistent brand presence
- Working within strict guidelines and approval workflows for IP-related content
- Adapting our content for different platforms, audiences, and markets
Cross-Team Collaboration
- Design input and ideas in game concept sessions
- Managing asset requests across stakeholders while protecting quality and timeline
- Ensuring all assets are managed, organised and easily locatable
- Working with external partners on custom assets and approval workflows
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- Strong portfolio showing brand design, commercial work, social content/marketing campaigns and game-related creative assets
- 4-6 years experience in graphic design/branding
- You manage your own workload without being chased, you flag issues early, and you push back when a brief needs more clarity
- Solid grasp of visual design fundamentals: hierarchy, typography, composition, consistency
- Understanding of how brand systems work and adapt across different formats (digital, print, social, web), with experience creating engaging social-first content
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma
- Comfortable with design for international markets and localisation
- Able to take creative direction, follow a brief, and execute someone else’s vision
- Meticulous with details: spelling, grammar, file specs, compliance requirements
- Organised and proactive with the ability to manage multiple briefs and brands, balance quality with pace, and work autonomously
- Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, or business teams
- Collaborative mindset: you bring ideas and questions, not just files
- Must be based in the UK
Desirable:
- Background in gaming, iGaming, or entertainment
- Art/illustration skills for crafting game logos and brand elements
- Experience with regulated markets and multi-market asset management
- Motion graphics or video editing skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro) or appetite to learn
- Portfolio showing brand adaptations across multiple formats and platforms
- Experience working directly with external clients or partners
